Job summary

Kofile Technologies is seeking a Supervisor, Preservation to lead and optimize daily workflows on the preservation floor. You will assign tasks, develop schedules, and communicate objectives to a team, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.

With 5+ years in related roles and strong MS Office skills, you will monitor performance, prepare reports, mentor staff, and collaborate with management to meet customer delivery schedules while upholding high standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in related work areas.
• Working knowledge Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Good communication skills with varying levels within a company.
• Leadership ability, and a highly organized approach to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Enforce company policy while maintaining/improving employee morale.
• Strategize with Operations leader for daily/weekly/monthly forecasted operational execution.
• Submit reports on performance and progress.
• Hands on work alongside team members driving efficiency and quality workmanship.
• Train team members on all applicable Work Instructions.
• Work with Kofile management and staff to meet our customers’ needs and delivery schedules.
• Implement operational policies and procedures.
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
• Provide production/quality feedback.
• Monitor and provide feedback for employee attendance.
• Perform payroll related duties to ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Monitor workflow so orders are progressing as scheduled.
• Identify process improvement techniques and help their implementation.
• Build partnerships with operational peers to ensure open communication and seamless collaboration.
• Foster an environment of employee communication with the management team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
