Job summary

Digital People in Columbus, OH, seeks a detail‑oriented Presentation Project Manager for the 2nd shift (12:30 PM–9:30 PM). Onsite Mon–Thu with remote Fridays, you will coordinate a high volume of PowerPoint requests and serve as the main liaison between clients and a global production team.

The role demands strong organizational and communication skills, ability to multitask, and precise delivery within 2–3 hour turnarounds. Proficiency with ServiceNow and Macabacus is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced production or presentation services environment.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritize deadlines and stay composed under pressure.
• Experience with project management platforms such as ServiceNow or similar tools.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of PowerPoint presentation requests during each shift.
• Coordinate 20–23 projects per hour, prioritizing by urgency and deadlines.
• Communicate updates, timelines, and challenges to clients via email and verbal communication.
• Partner closely with an offshore production team responsible for creating presentation materials.
• Work collaboratively with another Presentation Project Manager to provide seamless client support across shifts.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively resolve scheduling or workflow challenges.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations within tight turnaround times (2–3 hours).
• Maintain accurate project tracking and documentation using ServiceNow.
• Learn and utilize Macabacus for productivity and automation.
