Job summary

Pro Staff in Columbus, OH is seeking a detail-oriented Presentation Project Manager to support a fast-paced presentation production team. You will oversee intake, prioritization, and delivery of PowerPoint requests while serving as the main point of contact between clients and a global production team.

The role requires exceptional organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and on-time delivery even under tight deadlines, often just 2–3 hours per project.

Qualifications

• Previous PM or workflow coordination experience in a fast-paced production or presentation services environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous concurrent projects.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize deadlines and stay calm under pressure.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar PM platforms.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of PowerPoint requests across each shift.
• Coordinate ~20–23 projects per hour, prioritizing by urgency.
• Communicate updates and timelines to clients via email and calls.
• Collaborate with offshore production teams.
• Support cross-shift client service with another PM.
• Monitor progress and resolve scheduling/workflow issues.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards within tight turnaround times.
• Maintain project tracking and documentation in ServiceNow.
• Learn and utilize Macabacus for PowerPoint automation.
