Job summary

RR Donnelley is seeking a Presentation Designer for a hybrid, 2nd shift role in Phoenix. You will design templates, backgrounds, and information graphics primarily in PowerPoint, with Adobe Creative Suite support, delivering pitches, RFPs, and client materials.

The candidate should have 4+ years of presentation or graphic design experience, strong PowerPoint skills, and a keen eye for data visualization and brand alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in area of business, or equivalent experience required.
• At least 4 years of professional presentation or graphic design experience.
• High proficiency knowledge of PowerPoint.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
• Knowledge of After Effects is a huge plus
• Experience with charting in excel
• Video editing and/or sound editing skills are a plus
• Knowledge of print design a plus

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality pitch books, presentations, and client memoranda.
• Import and revise graphics files as necessary.
• Create and edit multi-page/multi-section documents using templates and style sheets for pitchbooks, graphs, charts, presentations, and other print/design projects.
• Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with team members on complex or special projects.
• Maintain all job and production tracking data via a propriety RRD Tracking tool.
• Coordinate workflow within the team, including prioritizing jobs and delegating duties to associates.
• Monitor workflow to ensure jobs are completed efficiently, accurately, and within deadlines.
• Assess incoming requests selecting the best resources for successful completion.
• Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.
• Train new employees on policies and procedures.
• Communicate with manager and client on job or deadline issues.
• Assist with monthly metrics and reporting.
• May work with motion graphics and multimedia work
