Job summary

Redlands Christian Migrant Association (RCMA) seeks a Preschool Teacher 2 to provide developmentally appropriate activities in a high-quality early childhood program. You will work with an experienced Teacher to support young children and families in a safe, nurturing classroom.

The role emphasizes High Scope-based planning, ongoing observation and assessment, and strong collaboration with families and Center Coordinator. On-site work in Florida with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires FCCPC Birth-5 or ECPC/CCAC or 9 college credits in ECE with related experience.
• Prior teaching experience in early childhood education preferred.
• Familiarity with High Scope curriculum and developmentally appropriate activities.

Responsibilities

• Work with teaching team to build warm, secure relationships with each child.
• Plan environments, activities, and daily routines using High Scope.
• Observe, screen, and assess children to support development and School Readiness goals.
• Maintain a safe, healthy classroom and engage families.
