Job summary

Redlands Christian Migrant Association is seeking Preschool Teacher Level 1/2 on-site in Florida. You will collaborate with experienced staff to provide developmentally appropriate activities and a nurturing environment for young children.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• FCCPC, ECPC, or CCAC credentials preferred.
• Transcript showing completion of DCF Training.
• Minimum 9 college credits in early childhood education with 3 months field experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with a teaching team to create a warm, secure climate for children.
• Plan environments, activities, schedules, and routines using the HighScope curriculum.
• Observe and assess children to support developmental progress and School Readiness goals.
• Maintain a safe, healthy classroom and engage with families regularly.
• Ensure adherence to RCMA funding and DCF requirements.
