Job summary

Redlands Christian Migrant Association (RCMA) in Ocala, FL is seeking an Infant Toddler Teacher 2 to provide developmentally appropriate activities for young children within a nurturing, safe setting. Qualifications

• Provide developmentally appropriate activities for infants and toddlers.
• Demonstrate ability to collaborate in a teaching team.
• Observe and assess child progress to support School Readiness goals.
• Uphold RCMA funding and DCF requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work with a teaching team to build warm, secure relationships with each child.
• Use HighScope curriculum to plan environments and daily routines.
• Observe, screen and assess development to support progress.
