Cadence Education is seeking a Preschool Teacher Assistant to support daily classroom activities and Cadence programs under supervision of the School Director and Lead Teacher. You’ll help create a safe, engaging environment for young learners, including students with IEPs, while upholding licensing standards.

• Assure safety procedures including licensing requirements and health practices.
• Must meet state licensing qualifications for a Teacher Assistant.
• Background clearances and health screenings required.
• Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred but not required if state requirements are met.
• Prior early childhood or classroom experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support a positive, respectful classroom environment and greet children and families daily.
• Assist with implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs.
• Communicate professionally with families using Cadence-approved tools.
• Follow Safety and Supervision Manual and report incidents according to policy.
• Assist with documenting and reporting escalated child behaviors per Cadence procedures.
• Adhere to all Cadence Education policies and the Employee Handbook.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development, possibly outside regular hours.
