Job summary

NWN, a leading AI-powered technology solutions provider, seeks a Solution Architect/Sales Engineer to support client needs analysis, system design, proposal generation, and relationship management with NWN Partners.

You will leverage AV design expertise, Q-SYS/Crestron/Extron know-how, and strong presentation skills to drive successful opportunities across North America. Remote-friendly with travel.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years leading small-to-medium projects in integration or support services.
• 5+ years in professional AV design and immersive solutions.
• Design experience with Q-SYS, Crestron, Extron.
• Experience in Cisco, Zoom and MS Teams Room design.
• 3+ years in Sales/Solution Engineer roles in Audio/Video.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Visio.
• Experience provisioning QSC, BiAMP, Shure audio processors.
• Knowledge of IP networking, security, and data center solutions.
• Working knowledge of video collaboration systems and platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication; customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical advisor to sales during evaluation and presales.
• Lead as Sales Engineer through solution implementation.
• Support requirement discovery, design, and customer presentations.
• Attend onsite meetings with local sales reps.
• Develop detailed Scope of Works and BOMs for AV projects.
• Create and modify SOWs, DRWs, SSRVs as needed.
• Articulate technology positioning to business and technical users.
• Identify technical risks to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate ongoing vendor/industry certification education.
• Deliver technology training to sales and customers.
