Job summary
cb20, Inc is seeking an Audio-Visual Pre-Sales Support Engineer to drive sales and customer success by providing expert technical guidance throughout the sales cycle. You will collaborate with the sales team and clients to understand needs, design and propose AV solutions, and help ensure successful project delivery in a hybrid role at Saratoga, NY or Boston, MA.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the AV industry with pre-sales focus.
- CTS/CTS-I/CTS-D certifications and related training preferred.
- Experience with video conferencing, digital signage, and AV systems.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales to provide technical pre-sales support.
- Design and engineer customized AV solutions within budgets and timelines.
- Prepare design documents, schematics, and specifications.
- Create quotes and assist with proposals and bids.
- Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to clients.
- Support sales meetings and coordinate with project teams.
