Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in presales engineering, technical support, or systems engineering.
• Foundational experience with video management systems or surveillance technologies.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and assist in technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in technical discovery discussions to understand customer requirements.
• Assist in designing solutions across video management and analytics capabilities.
• Lead technical execution of proof of concept (POC) and pilot engagements.
