Job summary

Verisoul, based in Austin, TX, seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead presales for fraud, bot and fake-account solutions. You’ll sit with customers, map needs to Verisoul signals, and own pilots from first conversation through signature—integration, data review, ROI, and closing the deal.

Design the right technical setup, build partner integrations, and stay closely aligned with customers through pilots and post-sale implementation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in solutions architecture or sales engineering.
• Code literacy: read/write Python or JavaScript and debug integrations.
• Consultative, customer-centric selling with ROI focus.
• Ownership mindset and problem solving.
• Strong communication for non-technical buyers.
• Data fluency with SQL or Excel for ROI analyses.
• This role is in person in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

• Own pilots end to end: lead technical sale from integration to ROI review.
• Design the right technical setup and integration path.
• Understand customer use cases and map Verisoul signals to needs.
• Build partnerships and stand up integrations with partners.
• Stay close to customers through pilot and post-sale implementation.
• Improve onboarding with tools and automations.
