Job summary

Workato, Inc. is seeking a Presales Solution Architect to join our global solutions consulting team. You will own the technical alignment with customers during pre-sales, conducting workshops and crafting architectures for AI-enabled automation across enterprise systems.

You will collaborate with AEs and other architects to tailor demonstrations, validate solutions, and drive technical sales stages to closure, while engaging with Customer Success to realize the proposed outcomes.

Qualifications

BA/BS or equivalent education with Computer Science degree.
Strong pre-sales experience in SaaS/iPaaS environments.
Hands-on experience with automation technologies, middleware, and integration patterns.
Experience with web services, enterprise messaging, APIs and databases.
Experience with cloud technologies including iPaaS, SaaS and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Diagnose customer needs and provide presales guidance throughout the sales cycle.
Collaborate with account executives and architects to tailor the architecture for the customer.
Demonstrate platform capabilities and architect proposed solutions using Workato products.
Lead technical workshops and proof-of-concepts, on-site or remote.
Engage with Customer Success to ensure delivery aligns with the proposed solution.
Communicate architectural concepts clearly to both business and technical audiences.
Respond to RFIs/RFPs and collect field feedback for product roadmap.
