PhoenixAI is seeking a Presales Solutions Architect in Menlo Park to partner with sales, guide technical evaluations, and architect agentic AI-native solutions. You will deliver compelling demos, craft solution designs, and drive PoCs, ensuring technical wins across enterprise customers.

Ideal candidates bring 3–20 years in pre-sales or technical consulting, strong SQL and OLAP expertise, data modeling skills, and familiarity with AWS/GCP/Azure.

Qualifications

• Ambition and curiosity to learn PhoenixAI Agentic Database
• 3–20 years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting
• Hands-on experience with OLAP workloads and query optimization
• SQL proficiency and data modeling knowledge (star/snowflake)
• Understanding of distributed data processing theory and cloud platforms
• Ability to distill complex tech into clear narratives for stakeholders
• Experience supporting sales in technical evaluations and securing wins
• Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Looker) and streaming systems (Kafka, Redpanda)

Responsibilities

• Technical advocacy through presentations and PoCs
• Design tailored PhoenixAI-based solutions with customers
• Lead PoC design, implementation and optimization
• Document evaluations with use cases, challenges, plans and outcomes
• Collaborate with sales to align tech talks with business goals
• Support marketing via webinars, booths, talks and blogs about agentic AI
