Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a Data & AI Technical Architect to guide customers in evaluating and expanding Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud), Agentforce, and related data/AI ecosystems. You’ll translate ambitions into practical architectures, focusing on trusted data foundations and scalable solutions across systems to drive real business outcomes.

You’ll engage executives and engineers, shape technical strategy with customers, and deliver demos, PoCs, and reference patterns to demonstrate

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or STEM field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience shaping technical strategy with customers and stakeholders and linking business needs to technology decisions.
Strong understanding of enterprise data, AI, integration, governance, security, privacy, and platform architecture.

Responsibilities

Lead customer architectural discussions around Data 360, Agentforce, data structures and patterns, AI readiness, identity management, governance, integration, automation, and business value.
Partner with sellers and solution teams to uncover problems and shape technical strategy early.
Build confidence with demos, prototypes, reference architectures, and walkthroughs to show value and required steps to scale.
