Job Description:
As a Pitney Bowes TrackMyMail Specialist, you will act as a business partner with sales and a trusted technical advisor to clients, specializing in TMM workflows. Working closely with clients and Sales, you will develop effective TMM solutions ensuring they meet customer expectations. Your role involves requirement elicitation to determine customer needs and craft appropriate solutions.

You are:
Someone who can discover and understand a client’s operational issues.
An excellent communicator (both written and oral) capable of recommending and presenting complex solutions involving Pitney Bowes Software, USPS integrations, and professional services based on customer requirements.
A person with a high level of ethics, commitment, and a self-starter attitude.
Possessing a strong technical background in USPS automation.
Driven to pursue superior, market-leading solutions.
You will:
Engage with Sales and senior decision-makers to understand customer objectives, priorities, and challenges.
Translate Pitney Bowes offerings into tailored solutions that ensure customer success now and in the future.
Collaborate with Sales to develop and present compelling technical solutions, maintaining expert knowledge of the business case.
Deliver customized pre-sales presentations, product demonstrations, and whiteboard sessions with clients and team members.
Lead the creation of the Statement of Work (SOW).
Your background:
At least 2+ years of sales and/or client-facing USPS technical experience.
1-5 years of experience in digital communications.
May require up to 30% travel, including overnight stays.

Our Sending Technology Solutions business offers innovative mailing and shipping solutions that support over one million businesses, from addressing and postage to multi-carrier parcel shipping and payments.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $105,000 annually, dependent on skills and experience. The position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus, with total on-target earnings up to $165,000.
Location:
Remote, within the continental U.S., with up to 30% travel required. Location policies may change based on business needs.
