Qualifications

• Understanding of risk management, policy, compliance, and business continuity.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative IRM solutions leveraging ServiceNow.
• Review customer processes and translate into pain points.
• Respond to customer questions about the IRM solution.
• Develop campaigns focused on IRM and GRC solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Development to enhance offerings.
• Share best practices with other Solution Consultants and stay competitive.
