Qualifications

• 5+ years of pre‑sales solution consulting or sales engineering in IRM/GRC.
• Strong understanding of risk management, policy & compliance, business continuity and vendor risk.
• Experience communicating solutions to business challenges in enterprise settings.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training required; 3–5+ years recommended.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative IRM solution strategies leveraging ServiceNow platform.
• Translate customer pains into practical IRM/GRC solutions.
• Respond to customer questions about ServiceNow IRM solutions.
• Develop and contribute to IRM/GRC sales campaigns.
• Showcase IRM solutions and enable others to demonstrate value.
• Configure environments addressing customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Management to address market needs.
• Share best practices with Solution Consultants to improve efficiency.
