Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking driven Presales Risk Solution Consultants. This hands-on role focuses on Integrated Risk Management and GRC, providing solution leadership and expertise during sales engagements.

You will translate client processes into actionable requirements, develop IRM campaigns, and help mature the IRM showcase on the ServiceNow platform. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in pre-sales, strong knowledge of risk management and GRC tools, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pre‑sales solution consulting or sales engineering in Integrated Risk Management or GRC.
• Strong understanding of risk management, policy & compliance, business continuity, and privacy.
• Familiarity with GRC tools such as Archer, MetricStream, IBM OpenPages, and OneTrust.
• Experience in regulatory compliance for financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training with 3–5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative solutions leveraging ServiceNow’s Integrated Risk Management.
• Translate customer processes into pain points and respond to questions about IRM.
• Develop sales campaigns focused on IRM and GRC solutions.
• Contribute to a showcase of IRM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Development to address customer needs.
• Mentor and enable other Solution Consultants in demonstrating IRM value.
• Configure solution environments to address customer requirements.
• Stay current on competitive analyses and differentiators.
• Support marketing events such as user conferences and webinars.
