Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a driven Presales Risk Solution Consultant. This role provides hands-on solution leadership across IRM and GRC, supporting customers during the sales cycle and helping acquire and retain clients through integrated risk management solutions.

The candidate will craft innovative IRM solutions, translate business processes into customer pain points, respond to inquiries, and contribute to campaigns while collaborating with product teams to enhance offerings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting in Integrated Risk Management or GRC.
• Knowledge of risk management, policy, compliance, business continuity and third-party risk.
• Experience with regulatory compliance in financial services vertical.
• Ability to architect and communicate solutions to business problems.
• Experience in large government or corporate enterprise environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; self-directed and independent.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative solutions leveraging ServiceNow’s Integrated Risk Management.
• Translate customer processes into pain points and responses to questions about IRM.
• Develop and contribute to sales campaigns focused on IRM and GRC solutions.
• Build and maintain a showcase of IRM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with Product Management to enhance ServiceNow products addressing customer needs.
• Share best practices with other Solution Consultants to improve efficiency.
