You will learn ClickShare products, provide pre-sales technical support and demos, assist with tender responses, and serve as a trusted advisor. Expect travel up to 60% and frequent collaboration with product management and sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4-7 years of experience deploying AV or IT solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
• Strong relationship and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of ClickShare products.
• Provide pre-sales technical support, product education, and demo assistance to internal and partner sales teams.
• Support the preparation of tender documents in collaboration with sales teams.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for key customers and prospects, supporting them on technical matters.
• Create, manage, and execute support contracts.
• Collaborate with sales teams to plan and organise sales opportunities.
• Travel up to 60% as part of the role.
