Ideal candidates bring strong networking knowledge, experience with AV control systems (Crestron/QSys), and familiarity with Zoom Rooms or Teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with networking concepts essential for AV system integration.
• Familiarity with AV control systems (Crestron, QSys, Cisco, etc.).
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and technical diagrams for AV installations.
• Hands-on AV industry experience with conference room VTC technologies.
• Familiarity with video conferencing platforms (Zoom Rooms, Teams) and AV control systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot AV equipment, including video conferencing, audio, control, and DSP devices.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on AV hardware/software.
• Read electrical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams for AV systems.
• Set up and operate video conferencing for meetings, webinars, and events.
• Manage cabling, wiring, and mechanical assembly of AV components.
• Support live event meetings by coordinating equipment setup and testing under deadlines.
• Troubleshoot AV issues in real time and during room sweeps.
