Motorola Solutions seeks a Presales Engineer to manage presale opportunities and implement complex projects across public safety and enterprise customers. You’ll work with the Sales Team to define scope, deliver end-to-end solutions, and ensure quality deployments of Motorola equipment and networks.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in sales or sales engineering in public safety, strong communication skills, and LMR experience. Travel up to 25% and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of sales, sales engineering, or public safety experience.
• Alternatively, 8+ years of sales, sales engineering, or public safety experience.
• Land Mobile Radio (LMR) experience is highly preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilités

• Working with the Sales Team to deliver customer-driven, end-to-end solutions for first responder, government, utilities and enterprise customers.
• Defines directions and requirements to ensure timely implementation and quality of technical solutions.
• Provide engineering services for Customers, including commissioning and testing Motorola equipment per requirements.
• Preparation of system bids aligned with customer needs and product capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal and external developers to meet delivery deadlines.
