Motorola Solutions is seeking a Presales Engineer to manage presale opportunities and implement complex projects across public safety, mobile networks, and data analytics. You will work with sales to define scope, develop technical solutions, and ensure timely delivery for diverse customers including government and utilities.

Travel up to 25% is required. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years in sales/sales engineering/public safety, with strong communication skills and knowledge

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of sales, sales engineering, public safety experience OR 8+ years of sales, sales engineering, public safety experience.
• LMR experience is highly preferred.
• Strong written and oral communications for technical and non-technical audiences.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with Sales to deliver end-to-end solutions for first responders, government, utilities, and enterprise clients.
• Define directions and requirements to ensure timely implementation and quality of technical solutions.
• Provide engineering services including commissioning and testing Motorola equipment per requirements.
• Prepare system bids aligned with customer needs and product availability.
