Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises and delegates tasks to Prepared Foods Team Members.
• Train Team Members with learning materials to build a high-performance team.
• Assist in training new Team Members using checklists.
• Keep cases and shelves clean, stocked and rotated.
• Open and close department per procedures.
• Ensure breaks are given and team concerns are communicated.
• Maintain high standards of retail execution and customer satisfaction.
• Direct staff to meet customer needs and store goals.
• Provide timely performance evaluations and model company vision.
