Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. in Glen Moore, PA is seeking entry-level Team Members to support the Prepared Foods team. The role includes prep, counter service, sanitation, and stocking of products, while ensuring friendly, courteous service to customers and fellow Team Members.

Team Members will work on the floor, engage with customers, rotate stock, and help with ongoing training. The position emphasizes safety, quality, and adherence to SOPs while promoting store programs and values.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to perform a variety of duties in Prepared Foods, including prep, serving, sanitation, and stocking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cut, and serve hot and cold foods such as meats, cheeses, sandwiches, burritos, wraps, salads and pizza.
• Provide samples to customers and assist on the floor.
• Stock hot and cold cases and displays with prepared foods and rotate stock for freshness.
• Assist with inventory checks and ensure proper signage and pricing.
• Deliver excellent customer service, respond to customer needs promptly, and practice suggestive selling.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation per health and safety guidelines.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
