Qualifications

• At least 12 months of retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and delegates tasks to Prepared Foods Team Members.
• Trains Team Members with Trainer to sustain a high-performance team.
• Assists in training of new Team Members using learning checklists.
• Keeps cases and shelves clean, well-stocked and rotated.
• Opens and closes department per procedures.
• Ensures necessary breaks are given.
• Communicates concerns to Team Leader and Associate Team Leader.
• Sets high standards of retail execution.
• Fosters positive teamwork and morale.
• Responds to customer needs and questions to delight customers.
• Selects, trains, mentors, and counsels Team Members.
• Provides performance evaluations.
• Models WFM vision and goals.
