Whole Foods Market is seeking a Prepared Foods Team Leader to assist with scheduling, supervision, and day-to-day department flow. You will oversee displays, support the Team Leader and Associate Team Leaders, and uphold health, safety, and store procedures while promoting Whole Foods Market values.

Responsibilities include training, delegating tasks, maintaining stock, and delivering excellent customer service. Strong leadership and knowledge of regulatory policies are essential.

• Maintain high standards of retail execution.
• Foster teamwork, respect, and morale.
• Address customer needs and assist with flows.
• Provide timely performance evaluations.
