Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Prepared Foods Supervisor in Massachusetts to oversee the team, maintain displays, and support the Team Leader in daily operations. You will ensure friendly, efficient service and adherence to health and safety standards.

The role requires 12+ months retail experience, ability to lift 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will train staff, manage inventory, and strive for top-notch retail execution.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and delegates tasks to Prepared Foods Team Members.
• Works with Prepared Foods Trainer to train Team Members and minimize turnover.
• Assists in training of new Team Members using checklists and materials.
• Keeps cases and shelves clean, well-stocked and rotated.
• Opens and closes department per procedures.
• Communicates team concerns to Team Leader and Associate Team Leader.
• Sets and achieves high standards of retail execution.
• Fosters teamwork and morale.
• Directs Team Members to satisfy and delight customers.
• Provides performance evaluations and guidance.
