Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Prepared Foods Team Member Supervisor to oversee day-to-day department flow, supervise Team Members, and support Team Leaders. You will maintain attractive prepared foods displays, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and promote superb customer service while training staff to sustain high performance.

Responsibilities include scheduling, delegation, inventory management, and ensuring smooth operation of the Prepared Foods Team.

Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• Experience supervising or leading Team Members.
• Knowledge of Prepared Foods procedures and policies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and delegates tasks to Prepared Foods Team Members.
• Trains Team Members with trainer to build a high-performance team.
• Assists in training of new Team Members using checklists and materials.
• Keeps cases and shelves clean, stocked, and rotated.
• Opens and closes department per procedures.
• Ensures appropriate breaks are taken.
• Communicates team concerns to Team Leader/Associate Team Leader.
• Maintains high standards of retail execution and customer service.
