U.S. Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Prepaid Claims Specialist to investigate and resolve unauthorized or disputed prepaid card transactions.

You will manage cases from initial review through final resolution, researching activity, evaluating evidence, and ensuring policy compliance in a fast-paced, back-office environment. This role is based in Tempe, AZ and requires working from the location three or more days per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically at least one year of related work experience.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills.
• Ability to communicate complex details clearly to customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve ACH missing load disputes, prepaid card claims, fraud cases, processing errors, and transaction-related issues.
• Research account activity and analyze information from multiple sources to determine appropriate claim outcomes.
• Initiate chargebacks and recovery efforts when applicable.
• Review supporting documentation and maintain accurate case records.
• Process claim-related transactions including credits, adjustments, and customer correspondence.
• Prioritize and manage multiple cases while meeting quality and productivity expectations.
• Adapt to changing regulations, policies, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with business partners to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution.
