Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Payments Claim Specialist to investigate and process payment fraud claims with precision and quality. You will interact with colleagues and clients via phone, letter, or email to discuss decisions and gather details, ensuring timely provisional and final credits according to policy.

You will work in a regulated environment, handling claims, reports, and quality checks while leveraging multiple systems to support the claims workflow and uphold exceptional client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of general office, back office banking or accounting experience.
• Advanced computer experience with MS Word, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process and review payment claims and credits per policy.
