Job summary

Food Provisions LLC is seeking a Prep Salads team member to prepare fresh salads, vegetables, and ready-to-eat items for the Buffet station. You will wash, cut, mix, portion ingredients, follow recipes, maintain hygiene, present products attractively, and replenish as needed while keeping a clean workstation and supporting daily buffet operations.

This role requires rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, and offers weekly pay, health benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in salad preparation, kitchen prep, buffet, or foodservice preferred.
• Ability to wash, cut, chop, mix, and portion ingredients.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality.
• Basic knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food storage.
• Ability to safely use knives and food preparation equipment.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.

The Prep Salads team member is responsible for preparing fresh salads, vegetables, and ready-to-eat items for the Buffet station. This position involves washing, cutting, mixing, portioning, and preparing ingredients according to established recipes, quality standards, and food safety guidelines. The team member will ensure product freshness, proper presentation, and timely replenishment while maintaining a clean and organized workstation and supporting daily buffet operations as needed. Candidates must be available to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

Prep Salads Qualifications:
