Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of cook experience in a similar environment.
• Knowledge of food preparation and sanitation standards.
• Ability to use POS and kitchen display systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and follow department procedures and logs.
• Ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation regulations.
• Prepare food items per recipes and assist with prep.
• Coordinate with chefs to complete daily prep and restocking.
• Support end-of-shift reporting and kitchen cleanup.
