Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience; may have current enrollment.
• Ability to learn correct and safe food preparation and sanitation.
• Must be flexible regarding scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Possess the ability to work with POS system and Kitchen Display System.
• Must obtain local or state food handling permits and ServSafe certification as required.
• Criminal background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and follow all department operating procedures; complete daily temperature logs and cleaning logs.
• Ensure compliance with all food-handling and sanitation regulations.
• Prepare all food items per recipe guidelines and adjust for flavor with guidance from chef.
• Execute food orders according to guest preferences, multitasking across orders.
• Washing, peeling, cutting and preparing ingredients; assist in stocking inventory.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards across areas and equipment.
• Assist outlet leadership and support operations as needed.
• End-of-shift checkout with outlet leader.
