Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of cook experience in a similar environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food preparation and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work with POS and Kitchen Display System.
• Flexibility to schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must obtain local/state food handling permits and ServSafe certification as required.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and follow all department procedures and logs.
• Ensure compliance with food-handling and sanitation regulations.
• Prepare food for fruits, vegetables, meats, and fish per recipes.
• Perform prep work to support all restaurants and banquets.
• Support Buffet and Banquet operations and prep per production list and BEOs.
• Work Pantry and Dessert Station in various restaurant formats.
• Prepare items per recipe guidelines and adjust for flavor with supervisor help.
• Monitor supplies and equipment, perform maintenance and request repairs.
