Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Sandusky, OH is seeking a Prep/Pantry Cook to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver on our commitment to high quality hospitality. You will prepare food for guests according to recipe cards and standards, supporting multiple restaurants and banquet operations.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of cook experience, knowledge of sanitation, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one year of previous cook experience in a similar environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food preparation and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and follow all department operating procedures; complete daily logs.
• Ensure compliance with all food-handling and sanitation regulations.
• Prepare food items per recipe guidelines for fruits, vegetables, meats, poultry, and fish.
• Assist in buffet and banquet operations; perform necessary prep work.
• Work pantry and/or dessert stations; manage multiple orders simultaneously.
• Monitor supply levels and replenish as needed; assist with inventory.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment.
