Great Wolf Lodge in Colorado Springs is seeking a Restaurant Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team. You will prepare food per recipes, ensure quality, and help deliver guest satisfaction across all service areas.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of previous cook experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food preparation and sanitation standards.
• Ability to operate POS and Kitchen Display System.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must obtain local/state food handling permits and ServSafe certification as required.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and follow all department operating procedures and logs.
• Ensure compliance with all food-handling and sanitation regulations.
• Perform food preparation tasks for fruits, vegetables, meats, poultry, fish, etc.
• Execute food orders according to guest preferences in a timely manner.
• Prepare items per recipe guidelines and adjust for flavor with supervisor input.
• Coordinate with Main Kitchen Cook for daily prep and stock replenishment.
• Assist and support operations at the request of culinary leadership.
• Communicate shift information at shift end.
