Primanti Bros. in Moon Township seeks Prep and Line Cooks to deliver our iconic Pittsburgh-style sandwiches with bold flavor. You'll work across Appetizer, Bread & Fries, Grill, Pizza, and Salad stations, preparing items to recipe specs and on a strict prep list.

Qualifications

• Ability to write and read the English language.
• Good communication skills, friendly, and people oriented.
• Enthusiastic, dependable, courteous, able to multitask.
• Possesses basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares a variety of food across stations including Appetizer, Bread & Fries, Grill, Pizza, and Salad.
• Prepares all food items on Prep List and labels according to Shelf Life Chart.
• Completes assigned prep work to stock and set up stations.
• Follows safety and sanitation policies and HACCP procedures.
• Communicates ticket times and potential problems with teammates as needed.
• Maintains proper rotation of products and stocks to par.
• Completes opening, shift change, and closing checklists and weekly/monthly cleaning tasks.
