Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English.
• Good communication skills, friendly and people oriented.
• Enthusiastic, dependable and courteous; able to multitask.
• Possesses basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares a variety of food across Appetizer, Bread & Fries, Grill, Pizza, and Salad stations.
• Prepares all food items required on Prep List and labels per Shelf Life Chart.
• Completes assigned prep work to stock and set up stations.
• Follows safety and sanitation policies and HACCP procedures.
• Notifies team of ticket times and potential issues; communicates with Coach and Players.
• Maintains proper rotation of products and supports a cooperative kitchen environment.
