• Complete assigned prep to stock and set up stations; maintain sanitation.
• Adhere to HACCP and safety procedures; monitor temps and log waste.
• Communicate issues with team to ensure timely service and fan satisfaction.
• Perform opening, shift change, and closing checklists and assist with cleaning tasks.
