Responsibilities

• Execute all cooking responsibilities for prep shifts with deep knowledge of recipes and prep methods.
• Manage station set-ups, breakdowns, and line checks while keeping par levels and backups.
• Uphold high standards for quality, freshness, cleanliness, and health-department standards.
• Maintain open communication with staff and leadership to support guest-focused club operations.
