Qualifications

• Dedicated prep experience in a high-volume, upscale casual, or premium BOH environment.
• Strong knife skills and understanding of raw ingredients with commitment to recipe consistency.
• Reliable, team-first mindset with proactive work ethic and excellent organizational habits.

Responsibilities

• Execute prep shift cooking with deep recipe knowledge, including meat/fish fabrication, sauces, baking, and veg prep.
• Set up and breakdown stations, run line checks, and maintain par levels and backups.
• Uphold IGC standards for quality, freshness, cleanliness, and health department rules.
• Communicate openly with staff and leadership to support a guest-focused club operation.
