Qualifications

• 1 year of BOH/culinary experience in a high-volume or premium environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute menu with precision across Prep, Fry, Saute, and Grill stations.
• Uphold high standards for freshness, cleanliness, and organization.
• Follow State and County food safety/Health Department standards.
• Maintain open communication with expeditor and FOH for seamless guest experience.
• Identify food quality issues before service and assist teammates to ensure guest focus.
