Intown Golf Club in Dublin, OH is seeking a Line Cook to join our organized, high-volume kitchen. Earn $19.00-$24.00 per hour with premium benefits and perks available.

You will execute our menu across Prep, Fry, Sauté, and Grill stations, uphold freshness and safety standards, and collaborate with the expeditor and FOH team to ensure a seamless guest experience. Reliability and clear communication are valued here, with time for life outside the club.

Qualifications

• BOH experience in high-volume or premium environment.
• Strong knowledge of ingredients, recipes, and preparation methods.
• Reliability with transportation and a team-first attitude.
• Clear, honest communication with peers, managers, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Culinary Excellence: Execute our menu with precision across Prep, Fry, Sauté, and Grill stations.
• Maintain the Standard: Uphold high standards for freshness, cleanliness, and organization.
• Safety First: Follow all State and County food safety/Health Department standards.
• Collaborate: Maintain open communication with expeditor and FOH team for seamless guest experience.
• Solve & Support: Identify quality issues and assist teammates to ensure guest focus.
