Job summary

Hideaway Golf Club is seeking a Prep Cook to assist with ingredient preparation, inventory rotation, and sanitation across the club’s culinary operations. You will work under senior chefs to ensure recipes are executed flawlessly and meals are plated to specification.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of kitchen experience, strong knife skills, and a commitment to food safety. This is a non-exempt, full-time position with benefits including health and retirement programs.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques, knife skills, recipe execution, and kitchen operations.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, HACCP principles, and applicable health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients according to established recipes and production methods.
• Monitor product freshness, labeling, dating, storage, and rotation.
• Maintain clean, organized prep stations and equipment.
• Support culinary team during peak periods and special events.
• Communicate effectively with leadership and teammates to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
