Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cooks items requiring little processing, such as pancakes, eggs, sausage, burgers, and vegetables.
• Prepares hot cereals, broils meats, soups, sauces, gravies, and sandwich fillings.
• Performs prep work including peeling, chopping, dicing, weighing, and portioning per recipes.
• Cleans and maintains equipment and work areas; rotates stock to prevent spoilage.
