Job summary

Compass Group USA's Canyon Lodge Mammoth Mountain is seeking a Prep Cook to support on-site food preparation and guest service in a fast-paced resort environment.

You will follow recipes and production schedules, ensure correct portions, maintain HACCP standards, and keep equipment and work areas clean and organized.

Pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour. This role provides daily collaboration with culinary teams and growth opportunities in a premier ski resort setting.

Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Prepare items on production sheets following quantities and recipes.
• Complete and follow daily production worksheets and waste logs; taste meals for quality.
• Store, label and date all food items per policy and HACCP guidelines.
