SA Hospitality Group in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Kitchen Cook to prepare and set up workstations and ingredients so that meals can be prepared according to recipes.

Responsibilities include following recipes and presentation standards, maintaining station cleanliness, restocking during service, and assisting other cooks as needed. The position requires basic English communication, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Formación

• Teamwork and ability to work with others in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Clear English communication to understand directions and coordinate with staff.
• Good time management and ability to handle high-volume production.
• Basic food handling, preparation and cleaning skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow food safety standards.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation specifications using kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of ingredients and dishes according to brand standards.
• Set up station with all needed ingredients, prep and utensils at the start and end of service.
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work areas and observe safety practices.
• Assist with cleaning and organization of kitchen, walk-ins, and storage areas.
• Receive and organize deliveries while checking counts and weights on invoices.
