The Old Spaghetti Factory is hiring a Prep Cook to join our collaborative kitchen team. You will prep ingredients, follow prep lists, and help ensure timely, accurate meal preparation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic kitchen knowledge preferred; no experience required.
• Able to follow directions with accuracy.

• Prioritize tasks safely and manage time in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Able to lift 40 lbs and stand/walk/bend for long periods.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Wash and chop produce, measure ingredients, and prep stations by following prep list.
• Follow strict food safety, sanitation, storage, and labeling standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure proper food preparation for smooth service.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace; sanitize equipment and store food properly.
• Follow safety policies including knife handling and wearing protective gear.
